Donate

Food and financial donations are appreciated and are accepted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 to 12:00.

Financial Donations

We accept cash or cheque in person on donation days. Cheques may also be sent by mail. Donations can also be made by e-transfer to kvfoodbasket@gmail.com, or online through Canada Helps.org

Food and Other Items

We accept unopened, store-bought food such as canned and boxed goods. We also accept

  • toiletries including unused soap, toothpaste, diapers, and personal and feminine hygiene products. 

  • small quantities of hand-made or store bought hats, mitts, scarves, socks, or dishcloths.

We cannot accept perishable homemade foods (baked goods, preserves).

Organizing a Fundraiser

We appreciate your generosity! Please contact us directly at 506-847-5854 or kvfoodbasket@gmail.com and we can provide you with up to date fundraising/donation information.

The Kennebecasis Valley Food Basket provides its services from its location in Quispamsis. We would like to respectfully acknowledge that Quispamsis exists on the traditional Mi’kmaq (mic maq) and Maliseet First Nations land.  The first inhabitants of the area now known as Quispamsis were members of the Maliseet tribe known as the Etchemin.
